110th Annual Parade. Due to COVID-19, the parade committee put together two small “pop-up” parades that snaked through the East and West sides of Lake Bluff, bringing joy to the village as they drove past houses.
111th Annual Parade. The parade had an extended route (3 miles) to spread out the viewers in consideration of COVID-19 restrictions and concerns. The theme “It takes a village” was well received. Thirty five units appeared in the parade (all vehicles, no walkers) with both musical ensembles performing and various community groups cheering. Of course the parade ended with the perennial fire trucks.
